is anyone out there having problems with vendio site, like parts you can not access, like your account or is your auction manager pro working , it seems vendio might have a virus, maybe, because at the moment some parts are working for me and other parts are not, i cannot access my account and my auction manager pro is not working....

hi skylite ... yes, parts of vendio service IS apparently having problems ... I was sent here just now by a seller-friend of ours that uses vendio too, and I just got home and there are 3 emails to me from her, wondering if we are having the same problems as hers ... she went thru this last month or the month before too, where 1) she cannot access vendio at all, 2) she cannot see ANY photos in her auctions, NOR in anyone's auctions that uses vendio. ..... ... i told her I'd come over here to see if others are having a problem.

We had a problem yesterday. Could not pull up Vendio store or Sales Manager from mid morning to late afternoon. Everything started working fine around 5 pm Eastern time. Doing fine today.

hi estatesalestuff,
here is what is happening with me, i can not access vendio through my shortcut page, nor can i access my account, also my aution manager pro is not working yet i can access this chat board and some other parts of the site, my pictures are down also, they are not showing up on the ebay auctions, vendio is working off and on, one minute everything works then wham shutdown, then it works then shutdown........there is something major wrong with vendio....could they be having a virus or something

NOt a virus, but when this happened last month, the blame was placed (by vendio techs research) on overload of only certain isp/type/internet-highways,... like a log jam, only on certain lines of the web. ... therefore, only affecting 'some' vendio users.
As I said, I'm vendio, and I can get in and out of vendio just fine, and I can see my photos and all other vendio sellers' photos ...
But yes, my friend that sells thru vendio says today, she is shut out of vendio again, AND cannot 'see' her listing photos, nor mine; but i CAN see her photos, and mine.

I too am having trouble accessing vendio. i am in australia. i did sign in but would not let me in.
i then went to the community page. it said i was signed in. so i tried to access the sales manager and could not get in. so i actually signed out. then signed back in. i then went to the buttons on left of page, clicked on the sales manager button. it let me in immediately.

I've noticed Vendio hosted photos missing from auctions pretty often in the last few months. I don't see how that can be good for a seller's business....You folks pay MONEY for that????
