A bidder of mine decided to try Payko. He went to the site and started the process when he got a message stating they are no longer sending money orders. Yet, when you look at the site, it looks like it's in service.

Never used them, but service looks OK to me, and *appears* to be in service (see link below). Seems a little overpriced (fees start at $3.99), but not much alternatives out there.
