Payment by Domestic BidPay, Domestic Money Order, Domestic personal check (will wait to clear), and I accept PayPal, and will split the fees with winning bidder and add to shipping costs.
This seller has been around quite a while, how does he get away with it?

If you tell them Benjamin Franklin said it first, they'll believe you

I dont know Max. I saw one yesterday that said 5.00 surcharge to use paypal and another with a link to their dot com address right in the auction. I thought about reporting them, but didnt have the heart to on the the dot com one because she wrote on her me page she was a busy working mother of two. The other one, if I was interested in buying from them I might have - but I am surfing for research not to cop patrol ebay.

It is against eBay rules to charge extra for PayPal fees.

There are sellers don't state shipping costs in their auctions so that they can add extra for PayPal. (shipping determined at end of auction...)
