How many people do you guys have on your BBL? I have a think pushing 50 people. If I see someone's feedback and I don't like what they leave, I block them even if there is only a slim tiny chance of them bidding on something on mine.

Shouldn't she be naru'd. Why is she still on Ebay. I think that feedback systems should be overhauled. Ebay keeps stating that they will work on it but they haven't. She is nasty and scary. I added her to my list.

I have drafted any number of emails to her but finally decided to move on but IT STILL BUGS ME!!! She only buys from sellers who advertise no handling fees but she wanted my postcard very much (she wrote me an email when she purchased the card to tell me how special it was) so she bought it and then makes a comment like I am gouging for shipping!!

What does she think a seller processes an item for free. There is nothing free anymore so buyer should get a grip.
I know you can't do this neglus but that is one reason I try and ship through PayPal, print their label and never disclose the postage price.

Neglus...Since your customer is so adverse to paying handling charges, do you think it might make her feel better if you wrote to her and explained that the extra charge was not for handling, but was a contribution to help fund the annual Springtime Vendio Users Barbrcue, Beer Bust and Orgy to be held in Ensenada later this month?
