I'm with Stone on this one. Best Offer is the worst idea that Ebay has ever come up with. As if bottom feeders wern't a problem before, now Ebay welcomes them with open arms so they can collect more fees. It's very similar to legalizing prostitution so the state can collect a license fee and tax. I hope Vendio never supports this function.
