Prior to today, Ebay knew that all my ads shipped for the price of one. Ebay automatically added all the purchases and did the right thing.
Today, one buyer, 5 items.
Today, buyer was charged for shipping 5 times. THIS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE TODAY.
All items were created long before the VD changes. These were 5 EBay store items and VD combined them under ORDER 777235048.
Why? And how can I make sure it doesn't happen again. Please don't say I have to edit thousands of auctions.

You'll get a moderator's help much faster if you post this in Vendio Services. I don't think moderators ring in on Ebay Outlook -- at least, they haven't for quite some time. Good luck!

Beth - I have had this happen from time to time too ... I think it is an ebay glitch. I don't use Vendio checkout. I use the same template for all of my listings so I don't think it is a problem with the listings.

Well, I jumped over to Sales Manager Merchandising Edition and Image Hosting and found a thread where this over-charging is occuring for other folks.
All my auctions are closing with my new "global" shipping prices, not the prices that were in effect when the item was created.
Have now gone in and changed my global preferences and will see what happens next. In the thread over there, it seems that this is occuring for every auction/item created prior to the release of the new checkout.
