Just downloaded one that gave me a chuckle. Claims to be from Ebay safe Harbor. If I do not click on the link and give information, my account may behave "unnormally". I admit Ebay invented the word functionality but they would never go this far.

You know those are from the government right? The IRS is trying to track sellers that do not report their easrnings. George Bush is in charge of the final text.

If it's really "common" sense, why do so few people actually have it?

The phishers must be taking lessons for the President. Did any of you hear the news conference today where he accused Amnesty of listening to people who were "disassemblers". My first reaction was "Say what? Does he mean they are trying to disassemble our way of life?" Then he said something about not telling the truth and I realized the word he wanted was "dissemblers"!

"It seemed like to me they based some of their decisions on the word of — and the allegations — by people who were held in detention, people who hate America, people that had been trained in some instances to disassemble — that means not tell the truth. And so it was an absurd report."

— George W. Bush, Washington, D.C., May 31, 2005, on an Amnesty International report on prisoner abuse at Guantanamo Bay

Here we are again, Bush-bashing, huh. He had several howlers in his press conference today.
