How do you pay the .13 extra charge for Delivery Confirmation when done through Shipping Assistant?
My local postal clerk says they don't have any .13 stamps -- so how do you affix the correct postage amount without using a bunch of low-value stamps or else giving them an extra .10 by using a .23 postcard stamp??

What are you using right now? It's unlikely a one ounce package will qualify for eDC, as there is a thickness requirement - That makes it a 49 cent first class rate, not 37 cents.
Here is a good site to find odd denomination valid postage, and there is no shipping charge either.

Your post office does not print the postage ??? The only way I get stamps on a package at any of the 4 post offices I go to is to ask for stamps, otherwise they print out the postage. And even if they do use stamps, it only takes two, one 10 cent and one 3 cent. If they don't have 10 and 3 cent stamps I would walk outside and make sure you are actually in a real post office

Mike...LOL. If you can't buy stamps at a post office, where can you buy them? I've seen a lot of email spoofs of Ebay and Paypal, but I've never heard of anyone with solid brass huevos that's attemped to do a brick and mortar spoof of a post office. I'd suggest the OP find a different clerk the next time he goes to the P.O.

I'm looking for a way to avoid standing in line at the P.O. I usually ship Priority so I use Click-n-Ship. But for some things the price of Priority is overkill.
Satisfying the thickness requirement for a light package is no problem (a small piece of rigid foam takes care of that)
My postal clerk said she had .01 & .03 but not .10 or .13 . That collector's site comes closest, (it still doesn't show any .13 stamps but would let me get there with a couple of stamps)
Guess the USPS assumes you either have a postage meter or will stand in line to have them print the exact amount...

MAH645: Where in the world is your PO? It sounds like it must be in Squirrel Holler or Dogpatch.
