I think it may just be Ralphie. Just finished restocking my store and not a failure notice to be found.

No, I'm saying -- I'm merely -- I'm saying what I'm saying. I don't know why I'm always having people say, are you trying to say -- you know what you can do if you want to know what I'm saying is listen to what I'm saying. What I'm saying is what I said ...

I listed a bunch of store stuff yesterday evening and had little green placeholder images where the gallery picture should have been.

It was like that for three or four hours, but eventually corrected itself.

Store listings that come up when doing a regular search have the gallery photos all messed up. The width is only showing about 1/5th of the image. This has been occuring at least the last couple of weeks. Maybe this is a related problem?

Tis been a dog-day afternoon around here:

Hello Ralph,

Thank you for writing to eBay. I am sorry to hear about this situation,
and understand your frustration and concern over the issue.

We have had several similar reports of the gallery images not working.
We have reported this to our technicians, and they are currently
working on a fix for this. In the meantime, you may want to pull up
the listings and try to manually revise them by reentering the gallery
image url and then saving it, as several sellers have been able to fix
this by doing so. We do apologize for the inconvenience on this matter.

I'd also like to take a minute to tell you about a great new resource
available at eBay that will help you get the most out of your selling
experience. It's called the Solutions Directory, and it provides you
quick access to eBay and third-party software and services designed to
improve your productivity and grow your business.

To visit the Solutions Directory, please visit the link below:

Thanks again for writing, and thank you for being part of the eBay
community.

Regards,

Kevin A.

Hello Ralph,
No it is not just you - I just loaded about 25 auctions only to find the same emails you report from eBay. NO GALLERY PICTURES. I haven't a clue how to fix it going directly thru ebay. I have never used anything but Vendio and this hasn't happened to me before. Any instructions would be much appreciated. Thanks, type-tiques
