"Ranked Fifth on eBay"

"410,000 Positive Feedback"

"Where low prices come first and service comes second."

Maybe that's their problem - service comes second. A real distant second.

ROFL! I wonder if they realize how that statement looks!

Not to impressive to me. I will be that everyone in here has a better feedback than that....

Feedback Score: 97104
Positive Feedback: 88.3%

Members who left a positive: 109710
Members who left a negative: 14498

All positive feedback received: 413940

I thought to be a powerseller they had to maintain at least a 97% feedback rating.

I would buy from them with everything sold as it and no refunds. With their feedback rating,I'd say they sell mostly trash.

Actually, they are quite honest and up front about their business. They state in several places that they are not a retail dealer and that their business plan is not tailored to the casual buyer. They are quite specific in that everything they sell is "as is" with no warranty. Basically, you would be better off buying something from them than at a yard sale, swap meet or a live auction. On the down side, the bidders who refuse, or are unable, to read the terms of the auction, are the ones who will leave the negs and spread the word that ebay sellers are a bunch of crooks and not safe to deal with. Sellers like this may inflate the bottom line of Ebay in the short run, but eventually will be the death of Ebay.

This type of seller is why buyers are buying less off of ebay and going back to B&M stores. "I don't have time to make sure it works, but buy it anyway"

Why on earth would anyone buy from this guy? And why on earth does ebay allow this? But then again, ebay don't care unless it hurts their bottom line. So far the only bottom lines that are being hurt are the sellers. Ebay gets their money in listing fees. Sellers get screwed with non-sales.

I disagree Stone. I think this seller states the rules to the game upfront. It's a crap shoot. Chances are what you get wil work and be exactly what you ant but you are paying pennies on the dollar and the possibility exists that you might stike out. What do people really expect given the prices many of their items sell for?

No, I'm saying -- I'm merely -- I'm saying what I'm saying. I don't know why I'm always having people say, are you trying to say -- you know what you can do if you want to know what I'm saying is listen to what I'm saying. What I'm saying is what I said ...
