Is there a website that ranks what keywords are most often searched on eBay?

Can't you get that when you list directly with ebay?

Well I've been on eBay for 7 years and never seen how to do it. If there is place let me know.

I think the best key words are those that relate to the item listed

Sorry I may have been thinking about category search. You put in a word like mink coat and it gives you different categories that it can go into.

Pulse is of some help (pulse.ebay.com) since they also break the keywords down to catagories. The problem is that the top keywords are often the most obvious ones.

No, I'm saying -- I'm merely -- I'm saying what I'm saying. I don't know why I'm always having people say, are you trying to say -- you know what you can do if you want to know what I'm saying is listen to what I'm saying. What I'm saying is what I said ...

crowfarm says: " I think the best key words are those that relate to the item listed"

I just wanted to nip this in the bud. I'm not looking for such a search term popularlity list in order to "keyword spam" as crowfarms comment might suggest.

I wanted such a list to see what the popularity of certain items are. Example, you wouldn't market "rubber dog poop" on eBay if no one searches for it.

Billy - you can sign up for a free trial (or at least you used to be able to) of Sellathon's View Tracker that shows you the key words people use to arrive at YOUR items...good info but it doesn't tell you what keywords people use to arrive at OTHER people's items.

eBay has a keyword site, but doesn't rank them.

There is also the Hot Item report:

I remember reading a list of the top search words once (but not where I saw it). The top search was for Avon bottles. I can only assume that it is people who have them and want to know the worth rather than people wanting to buy them.

if you've got a basic eBay store, you can go into the "traffic report" section and get some fairly good information about keywords people are using to search your listings.
