I know that somewhere in the bowels of eBay is the formula for figuring what the commission charges are. Darned if I can find it, I used to have it but I have lost it. Would one of you supersmart people help me? I have been selling for some friends & don't want rip them off nor do I want to take a loss.

Sanmar,

If you paste this into an Excel cell, it will compute the final value fee for you:

=IF(I2936<25,0.0525*I2936,IF(I2936<1000,1.31+(0.0275*(I2936-25)),28.12+(0.015*(I2936-1000))))

Replace all "I2936" with the cell containing the selling price.

Claude
