Sorry...RALPHIE & I ARE SO PO'D -- I meant that I can't LIST any STORE ITEMS!
Everytime I try to use "SELL SIMILIAR ITEM" function, I get sent (OVER&OVER) to the SIGN-IN page!

Done EVERYTHING, EXCEPT for TOSSING MY COOKIES...I really hate doing it as it leaves such a BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH...

everytime I have a problem someone will inevitably immediately let me know it HAS to be AOL
I have had problems with listngs not showing, staying active AFTER the buyer already was probably wearing the item, images not showing, the font being soooo small you would need a micrscope to read and on and on and on.
When I say something , i get do you use AOl? YES I do but never for browsing and certainly do not launch from AOL .Even the techs from FeeBay ask about which server or which browser you are using. Then they say empty cache, etc.
HECK if that is the only two things or advise they know, I could be a Master state-of-the-art technician.
I usually say _LET ME WALK YOU THROUGH this , it is irrelevant which browser or server is being use there is a problem with eBay. I realize you are in denial but it is an eBAy problem ,NOT a browser or server problem.
Then they usually say this was the first they were aware of it and will address the problem (HAHAHA)

Just Great.
Ebay fixes the stores categories and small font problems and the techs are probably patting each other on the back. The only problem is some of us CAN'T launch!

Sorry to take so long, Tom. I was rebooting my computer. No problems now. But I was getting the sign in page and I would click on sell similar item and get the sign in page again. I rebooted by machine and DSL modem and now I am fine.
Forgot to add that I deleted all my cookies.

According to LIVE HELP, there is a new bug in SMP which cropped up after they fixed a previous bug in SMP...

THE PAST 4 DAYS has been a doozey -- STORE categories all FUBAR, then FONTS all FUBAR -- now EVERYTHING all-FUBAR...

IF you are using AOL,try launching Internet explorer,I know with UPS website,when you try to order something from them,it just goes round and round with AOL.

Are you still out of business Tom? Maybe you could try using Auctiva (I guess it's free - another thread) to launch until ebay is up and running again. Vendio has a cheap pay as you go plan if you are just launching a few items....I am sure there are others.

TOM; Do you run your auctions through Vendio? I have had no problem using relist through Vendio. Just relisted a widget last night with no problem.
