Does anyone know of a phone number for Vendio that is answered by a live person??
I've checked San Bruno information and they have no listings. The number I get from google just rings busy
The number Christopher from Vendio emailed me is a recording that I have to be called back... of course they haven't called back.
My Vendio bill is several hundred dollars higher than it should be

I tried the number.. automated responses.. both customer service and billing ..I get a recording to leave a message and they will retrun my call (they haven't). It also gives the option to press 0 to get an operator. I press 0 it rings then disconnets...every time!
I've been with Vendio for 4 years. I like it but it appears to be the time to change

Their billing department number is 650-808-5108 but their hours are 9AM to 5PM Eastern time. The other number might also have this time frame for having a live person answer. I have never actually had to call them before so I'm not sure what kind of christmas tree you have to go through to get to a live person.

Billing Department emailed me.. and is working on resolving problem. They were helpful and very astute to the problem.. so I'll be with Vendio for the duration, at my age that length of time is hard to say
