My calendar does not show all occasions and days to honor or recognize different groups.

Today must be National Idiot Day!!!

Only 9:30 am , so far-

Email from buy -it -now buyer -purchase made on March 18, sent e-Check March 24.

Email said -have you sent this yet, hoping it will deliver today!

I emailed her saying it would be sent in a timely manner after the eCheck clears into my account. I also sent the information that Payal ask sellers to wait to after eCheck clears before shipping.

It should clear tomorrow. So I must expedite it as soon as I get that confirmation. As I said in the email to her it will be sent in a timely manner (same timely manner her payment was received) NOT REALLY.. it will be sent Thursday.
WHAT IRKS ME !! If it was so rush -rush and this was a buy-it-now.WHY DID SHE NOT SEND PAYMENT ON MARCH 18.....

WELL my morning saga continued -I checked feedback and this Nut case posted this as feedback-here is the EXACT feedback with my reply.

Neutral feedback -

great service, quick shipping, love the suit , but I still look fat!! HA HA HA

My reply to her feedback under her feedback-

great service, quick shipping, love the suit `DID I MAKE YOU FAT?????????

Then I politely left her neutral on her feedback here it is-

SAID "LOVED SUIT" BUT GAVE ME A NEUTRAL CUZ IT MADE HER LOOK FAT????????????

Well, I should not have did that, but truthfully right or wrong I feel it was entirely fair. MISS TOO FAT for suit has 13 positive, one negative, one neutral

The item she purchase was a PLUS size item, she is responsible for her size, NOT MOI

thanks for letting me vent -well ya didn't EXACTLY let me-I just took the podium

She won't last long on eBay! You are right about a nut case. Not everyone is as kind as you are to only give her a neutral, I may have negged her for the trouble!

Don't feel bad. We all have day's like this. As for the National Idiot Day, didn't you know it's the only holiday that is everyday of the year. It moves from day to day, from town to town. It must have landed on your town today.

I often list mundane postcards knowing someone somewhere will be emotionally tied to the scene and buy it for the nostalgia. Yesterday, three different people sent me ASQ - 2 of them (cousins, I believe) said a postcard was of their Grandfather's farm, another one said she grew up on a lake and learned to waterski behind the very boat that was pictured. Did any of the 3 cough up the $8.50 it would take to get their card? No! Either they are idiots or I am!

I think you were too nice - she should have gotten a negative from you. These idiots have to learn how to use the FB system. It's not to state how the postman left their parcel in the rain while they were running errands and other stuff that is beyond the control of the seller?? JMHO
Ebay should have some type of policy for removing lame FB.

I had a guy call me today saying that he did not get the ad he purchased. He wouldn't let me get a word in edgewise, so I just waited as he went through everything he bought from me and finally got to the one that wasn't right.

Then I said, can you find it on ebay? Do you know the item number. Well, another ten mins while he figures that out. Now, at least I know what he is talking about. We go to the item and it is exactly the one he has in his hand..."BUT THAT CAN'T BE!!! That is not the ad I bought."

OK, the ebay item is the correct item? RIGHT
The ad in your hand is the ad in the ebay item? RIGHT

But it's not the right ad? RIGHT.

Ok, if you say so. The ad he wants does not exist. How do I tell him this? Instead I tell him that Ebay must have gotten something mixed up. Oh he agrees with that. And I will refund his money or send him something else after he sends me the "wrong" ad back.

What a maroon.

Yes It is IDIOT day and my son tops the list. Then I am next but getting off that list just as soon as I tell him if he is having girlfriend problems don't call me. You have to read what you do for fun in the RT section to know what I am talking about. ARG!

As I said in the post about the change in the search. The guy who made the announcement is the poster child for National Idiot Day.

Hey, is the taking away store searches gone for ever in normal search? Going to have to go find out what I can. Seems drastic to change it again.

I think ebay wins the championship medal for National Idiot Day with their brainstorm to reverse the ebay store search results. Just great. Just when store sales were through the roof. Grrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!

Well it looks like ebay is shooting themselves in the foot again. Looks like they would like it that sells were up they get 8% don't they on final price? Probably think the stores are making money on shipping and not item I see a lot of that. Next Ebay will charge us a percentage of the shipping too just to catch shipping gougers. Would not put it past them at all.

I stopped my store last year when they hiked the prices up so bad. Was about to maybe open another one now I am glad I didn't. It still sucks cause a lot of folks don't know how to search the whole site to be able to see even the store listings so the seller and the buyer loses.

Don't understand ebay's thinking.

Here was a response to a email I sent Bill Cobb. It was of course not answered by him.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for writing to eBay Customer support. My name is Larissa and
I appreciate the opportunity to assist you.

I understand that you are frustrated with the choice for the Store
inventory rollback. I am happy to help you with this. In the few weeks
since we launched this new feature, it has become clear to us that it's
had some unintended consequences. Many buyers have found that their
search results are too long now, and that search results overall are
less relevant than they used to be. In addition, Auction-style and Fixed
Price listings are harder to find for buyers, so sellers of these items
are noticing an impact on their sales success. We strive to deliver the
best experience to both buyers and sellers on the eBay marketplace, and
we have concerns that this change is not providing optimal results
across the majority of our users. We are actually just taking it off
temporarily so that we can research this and make it better and more
fair for auction items and store inventory items. We are not doing this
to you, we are doing it for you. I apologize for any inconvenience this
may have caused. We are doing this with the best interest of the
sellers and buyers at heart.

I hope this reply has helped you with your concern about the store
inventory change. Your satisfaction means a lot to me! If you have any
further concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us again.

Regards,

Larissa C.
