I have not gotten a sales report for November. I'm still getting the weekly ones. Has anyone else received theirs for November? I do the free report but may upgrade this year. Does anyone use them?

I have been waiting for mine as well. So far nothing. I subscribe to the free one.

Heard scary rumors of sales reports not being available due to the inadvertent closing of all store items, then a restart to correct the error. Chose to keep my blinders on. Hope this is all rubbish and gossip.

My store subscription was "ended" (not by me) on November 30 and restarted the same day. My ebay reflects a pro-rated subscription charge for that SNAFU (I think $ it was the same) and perhaps there is something to that theory.

On the other hand, I think I read a post on the Store Board that said that the same thing happened last year and that November and December and maybe January reports all came out at about the same time. If that's true, then we should be seeing them mid-FEBRUARY!!!

Thank you for writing in with your question regarding why you have not
received your Sales Report for the month of November. I definitely
understand how frustrating this would be for you.

We are experiencing some technical problems with the Sales Reports
system and we are working to address these problems. Fortunately, this
has delayed only the Monthly report. The weekly reports through
December
23 are available to download or print at any time.

Last week I tried both an e-mail to Customer Service and a Live Help person.

From both I received exactly the same answer....that they will be published shortly due to a Technical hitch.

I told the Live Help gal that 'shortly' was not in my Business dictionary and could she please be a bit more specific! Short answer..NO.

Why do you need a report to tell you that you have NO SALES?
