I have a name, Poincare, to list on eBay but I don't know how to put that accent mark (/)over the "e". Anyone?

é heres one you can just copy and paste to your listing . There is a way to turn your keyboard on to type the marks but I have no idea how. Maybe someone will come along that knows how. I just went to yahoo and looked for a French word with a e in it lol. What a cheater I am

Thanks, y'all. My husband walked in just now and showed me how to do it. Complicated, but I have it now.
And it occurs to me that I could have copied and pasted the guy's name when I searched for info about him on Google!

For Windows users: If you frequently type in another languages, you can go to Control Panel>Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options>Add other languages> Detail button on text services and input languages. Under the EN(US) keyboard, highlight US, then hit the Add button. On keyboard layout, scroll to United States-International and hit OK. Specify under Language Bar Preferences to show Language Bar on Desktop. When you want to type in International format, go to the language bar on your desktop and choose the US International layout. When you type 'e, it appears as é; "a comes out ä, ~n comes out ñ, etc. You can still use quote marks and other special characters without switching keyboard layouts, but you have to type a space after you type the special character. Confusing, I know, but it does save me a lot of time.

Ewora: Your suggestion didn't work for me. Weird, huh. But thanks for trying.
This comes up very seldom, that I need a special mark for a foreign language, so I may just depend on my husband for help if and when it comes up again.

P.S. I got a good laugh from the idiot who lives in my spell checker. Wanted me to substitute "paunchier" for "poincare."
A few years ago my husband started typing in some of his co-workers, and some of the suggested substitutes for their names were adjectives that fit them like gloves. It was hilarious.
