It's been almost a year since I last listed anything so today I decided to put a couple auctions up but I can't get to the page where I upload my images. I click on Image Hosting but the page that opens just asks me if I want to Learn More About watermarking or zoomstream. What am I doing wrong?

Jan - are you signed up for an image hosting plan? Assuming the answer is yes, how did you navigate to "image hosting"? Up in the right corner of this view is a drop down box (preceded by "JUMP TO" - you should see Image Hosting - upload images as an option and should be able to upload from that page.

Go to Sales Manager
then on the left hand side you have a list of options - go to "Upload Images". Then you can created your folders - and upload your images in them.

Or you can 'jump' to Upload Images in the drop-down box in the upper right of this page.

Yes, I am still on a Plan. I have tried everything you have suggested, including the Jump to: box and still cannot get the upload page. Thanks for all the replies.

Still no luck. I disabled my pop-up blocker, I don't have a firewall to disable, and I'm signed in. This is getting very frustrating. I appreciate all your replies.

When all else fails, clear your cache and cookies, and if necessary turn computer off, turn modem and router off, if you have them, and try again. Sometimes I have to believe in magic!

Thanks to everyone who responded. I did what everyone suggested and still got the same result. So the last time I got that "Learn More About" page, I went ahead and clicked "Get Started" and selected my Plan and agreed to the Terms, even though I have been a Vendio customer for many years and had already picked my plan and agreed to the TOS. At that point I was able to get the Upload page to come up. I didn't think I needed to do all that again since I was already a customer.
Thanks again for your help. Now I'm good to go. Happy selling to all.
