...spoons?

YES! SPOONS!

The sneaky little avaricious mutt's been running around the neighborhood, flashing his inner lining stocked with...ROLEX'S!

He never learns (sigh)...

Anyhoo:

1) these are very pretty, but WHAT do I call them, as they are only 4.25" in length? demitasse spoons?

2) What is the MATERIAL? stainless steel? or what?

PLEASE HELP before my roomie gets his touckus thrown into the doggy housrow!

PLEASE! and THANKS, ALL!

Tom & Raincoat Ralphie

Yikes! Good thing I'm wearing my pants!

WOW!

THANKS, Beth...

Ralphie's are definitely NOT sterling...They feel like "slippery" stainless steel, if that makes any sense?

He's in the DOGHOUSE this weekend for this stunt! Punishment consists of NO Tim Russert on Sunday! Oi! That'll teach him!

Tom & Ralphie,

I have sold several of those over the years and put them under the Collectibles Category...Decorative Collectibles...Spoons.

The first one I sold went for about $20.00 then I kept seeing more and more listed so subsequent ones I sold went for about $5.95 each.

THANKS, ottorpop!

I was gonna list as a set of 3 & hope for $10 - $15 at most, as they aren't sterling...

BUT: what do I call them?

Just "collector spoons?" Or, is there a NAME for this type of tiny spoon?

THANKS!

Tom & Ralphie ("Hey, toots! Wanna buy a ROLEX?")

You want to list them under watch-rolex as Rolex watch collectors like to collect Rolex memorabilia like spoon, billfold, watch box and paper pamphlets, anything which is issued by Rolex is collectible.
There may be a special category under watch for accessories, search and you will see rolex spoons and what nots.

How time has changed?I used to sell silverplated souvenir spoon such as yours from Scotland ,it can fetch as much as $20 dollars and now they are giving them away at 99 cents starting bid.
I think they are considered premium gift.

I too have sold some of the Rolex spoons in the past. Got something for them (under $10 for sure), but they were free to me. It's true that Rolex owners like to collect miscellaneous Rolex items. Rolex, Lucerne, collector spoon--all should be in title.

They give them to you free when you visit the Bucherer stores in various Swiss cities. Or at least they used to, I'm not sure if they still do. My mom had about twenty of them. I now use them for cat food. (Don't tell Ralphie.)

If you do list them, be sure to use Bucherer in the title too.

Ya know, if you strip naked before you take your spoon pics you'd probably get more hits and bids.
