I read some of these complaints-buying a used laptop and filed SNAD with Paypal and lost,and you have to wonder why it makes sense from Ebay point of view to bring in BUY.COM.
When you buy a used this and used that from an individual in cyberspace,you are taking a chance the item may just turn out to be worthless or worth less !
