WoW~ I don't care much about competitors' DSR's but would like to know how to improve my listings and optimum listing times .... says it's free to all users - where is it?

You're right - it's free to all existing RESEARCH users (and that costs $14.95/month). Oh well -

I'm sure this post will get yanked because Vendio doesn't like folks talking about *their* competitors, but...
Terapeak does all that and way, way more. Sure, it's $24.95/month, but you just might be astounded at what you can find out. I use it every day.
Just to give you some real-life examples...
I have hundreds of sterling silver charms sitting around. I do not have the patience to sell these one at a time. Using Terapeak, I found that other sellers have had success with:
1) Theme charm bracelets (like New York City), loaded with charms and selling for $300 to $500.
2) Cake pull sets for wedding cakes. You take a charm, attach a ribbon pull to it, and sell them in sets to brides. Sets go for $30 to $60.
