Banks are now reviewing cardholder line of credit, those who live in states where there are high mortgage default rates, those who work in finance and construction industries, those businesses which have not updated their Dun and Bradstreet profile or report less favorable business prospect, they are seeing their line of credit reduced.
Also, tax writers on Capital Hill are bringing back the idea of raising fund by asking credit card processors to make available to IRS all the credit card payments made to businesses.
So what does it mean to Ebay sellers who accept credit card payments from bidders via Paypal?

Could be a way to determine if you are operating a business and not reporting income from it.
