Every third page or so that I bring up on eBay(summary - My ebay - Items I am selling - etc.) the 10,000 feedback goes to ZERO???

Yikes! Mine went from 26,000 to 0 - wonder what the "kids" are playing with this time?

if you are a powerseller...check your discount..
never did my numbers go below 4.6 on any of the four DSRs...this is the 30 day not year average. My discount was calculated on 6/26/08 - shipping was a 4.5??? on that day/minute/second that the DISCOUNT WIZARD entered the numbers. Oh well, I guess I missed out on the $12.00 this month?!?!
....and the "glitches" just keep on coming! Tried this again tonight, (did it the other night and thought maybe I screwed up somehow) I went to leave BULK feedback...probably entered around 60-70...ONLY 20 took? I think the VIRUS that was/is affecting the bulk edits has jumped to the feedback forum now. Anyone else having problems leaving MULTIPLE FEEDBACK?

eBay's entire feedback system is rapidly becoming a joke. I just checked my seller dashboard....
My search standing is now: Lowered
My Discount is: None
My Power Seller Status is: Bronze
My Policy Compliance is: Failing
My Buyer Satisfaction: Needs Work
And My Account Status: Current
That's compared to my last month's ratings of:
Search Standing: Raised
Discount: 15%
Seller Status: Bronze
Policy Compliance: Failing
Buyer satisfaction: Good
Account Status: Current
I've gotta say, that when a company that I'm PAYING to provide me with a SERVICE starts trying to tell me that I'M not running my business properly... it's a sign for me to use a different service (especially when THEIR service has been going down the tubes). I'm already on my way out the door, I just have to clear out the remainder of my ebay inventory, then I'm off to my own website... it's my happy place right now, and so much easier to run and actually make money than eBay is.
I'm sure that the reason my search standing is lowered, my discount is gone and my buyer satisfaction is down is all the result of a crazy Australian bidder that started harassing me by phone when I didn't respond to his emails within 5 minutes on Memorial day. It was a nightmare transaction. He ended up leaving me 15 neutrals and 1 negative... despite me paying extra out of my pocket to ship his items international express just to get done with him. And eBay has the NERVE to tell me that I'm doing something wrong as a seller. They can stick it where the sun doesn't shine.
Oh... and my "failing" policy compliance is the result of a single listing of mine that was pulled back in April because some VERO company (or competitor) falsely reported it... and I didn't walk through the hoops to re-list it because it was only a $1 item!
If this is how eBay treats GOOD sellers... they're in for some rough waters. I'm going to take my experience with on-line selling and leave eBay for good. I expect that many other good sellers will do the same.
