Years ago, I added a statement for all of my auctions...stating general payment/shipping policies. At that time, I was accepting BidPay. I checked Vendio/Site Preferences and what I have there is NOT what appears on my auctions. Frankly, it was so long ago, I MAY have added the statement through eBay...Problem is...where can I go to revise that? I can't find where to do it. Thanks for any help to this rather convoluted question...And wonder why what I have on the Vendio space isn't what's on my auctions?

It was probably in your eBay preferences on Vendio at the time you originally launched the auction and not in your item description. If you end the listing and go back and relaunch your original listing, your current preferences should show. As far as editing them all in bulk, the only way I've found is to import them to Turbolister while they are still active. Use the bulk edit "find and replace" to get rid of the verbage you don't want, then synchronize with eBay. Good Luck.

After further research, what I'm looking for is the "Default Listing Text" which supposedly can be found in the "Global Preferences" on Vendio. I may be staring right at it...but I can't find it! Any hints or suggestions are appreciated!

I suggest you go to Vendio Services - Sales Manager Merchandising Edition Image Hosting - under Community. They may be able to help you

I think you're right, zippy. I'd checked my standard listing format and it said to change the text, go to global preferences...etc....which is what I did with no luck. Apparently, when they changed things, the Vendio gurus forgot to change the directions too. But...all is fine and revised now in eBay-land...Again, appreciate your help!
