I can do most everything on paypal except pay and print a label. Anyone else having this problem?

This happens to me from time to time. I can do one for one person and can't do one for another. No particular reason. PayPal will say it can't connect to USPS. I think it's a glitch. You probably won't be able to create that one using PayPal. I'd go directly to the USPS site and do it there.
