Glad to hear they removed the comment. The seller also received some "knock down" points from eBay for leaving negative comments on a positive.

Unfortunately, if you read the feedback board, a lot of sellers are looking at this comment left by eBay as a negative and are blocking buyers for it. I'd leave a follow-up if you haven't already so that sellers can see it wasn't a deserved neg to begin with.
