Hell by the time you would receive the so called "guide" ebay would change everything again and it would be outdated.
I honestly don't think such a "guide" is worth the paper it's printed on.
BTW, did your daughter get to the Balkans ok?
Are you doing OK with her being over there?
My best wishes to her and to you. You have raised quite a strong young lady.

She's there and has a cell phone (no regular internet) and I have talked to her twice. She lives with a Cheknyan family of women (she doesn't know where the men are). They have a nice house with most of the modern conveniences but for some reason they use the outhouse instead of the inside plumbing. Perhaps that will change when the weather gets cold. She has had intensive safety training and has Russian class 4 hours/day and the other half of a day they are working with an NGO in a Kazakh school for handicapped children. This is not her permanent placement. She will be in training until November when she moves to her assignment. She will live with a host family wherever that is for at least 6 months. We hope to visit her but may meet her somewhere else if she needs a break. It is also possible that she will want to come home for her vacation leave so we are playing it by ear for now. I miss her a lot but feel better knowing that she is just a phone call away.
