Today I received an e-mail from PayPal asking me to respond to a survey on the customer service provided to me a few days ago. There are several clickable links in it and my spyware said I should run, not walk, away.
I just don't understand how a company that prides itself on safety would do this. Surely some nefarious yegg out there could manufacture one of these for the gullible. I won't answer it or click in it, of course, but it seems irresponsible to me.

So. . . here's the message from PayPal. Not too helpful, since I'm never 100% sure an e-mail is from them.
Thank you for contacting PayPal. My name is Chris. Good day to you.
I understand that you are hesitant to click on the link(s) provided in
the survey form of PayPal. I apologize for the inconvenience this has
caused you. If you are sure that the survey form is from PayPal, then
you don't need to worry about the links included there because those
links will guide you to secured web forms. And we will not be asking for
you to enter your financial information or password with it.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us again.
