I don't see the 30 day option and the handling time available when I try to create an Ebay ad. When will Vendio add those options? We need them now.

Thanks for sharing that pixia! It's good to know that Vendio's on top of things! (especially since I imagine eBay's probably about as helpful to service providers as they are to sellers...)

I guess you can list and then edit on line with ebay if you want to start something today.
I've done a few re list (not using Vendio) and so far so good.
I use SMPro for my Vendio listing and I don't think we will have the update on that anytime soon if ever.

I was told through email help that it would be 2 days until the 30 day option is available. I eagerly wait!
Anybody have any news or a link to the announcement?

Same with the handling time feature. I understand that we are required to use this on ebay as part of our changes. Would love to know when it going to be added or where it is.

Hello,
The new Fixed Price durations are available from Vendio Sales Manager.
The handling time and return policy will start being required by eBay in "late October" and Vendio will have full support for these prior to that time. (return policy is there, we just need to add something to indicate who pays for the return shipping and the handling time.)
