i put a coach bag on and got this message and a le coultre clock as well same error!called ebay said its there new policy!
what in the world is going on ??

ebay has been getting a lot of bad publicity about sellers selling fake goods, so they are placing selling limits on some categories for seller that haven't had much experience selling in those categories.
