Greetings... I listed items occasionally and can't find the answer for this problem. When I sent the listing to Ebay Preview I saw red letters at the top telling me I must use "fixed shipping rates". I have always used the Vendio calculations and want to continue that. Anyone know where I can fix this?

I found it! It was a new option on the listing set up page. All these changes are frustrating. Hope I didn't inconvenience anyone.

Hello,
EBay now requires that at least one domestic shipping carrier is shown in the eBay section of the listing. There are a couple of reasons you might have received this message:
1. Check the listing form and make sure that you have entered at least one shipping carrier in the "Shipping Carriers" section of the form. Also be sure that you have checked the box to the left of the shipping carrier.
Or
2. Check the listing form and make sure that under the "eBay Shipping and Payment Details" section you have selected the correct type of shipping (either "Fixed" or "Calculated" ) from the drop-down box. The option that you select here must match the shipping carrier(s) that you have entered in the "Shipping Carriers" section.
If you continue to have trouble, let us know the name of a pending listings where you have this problem, so that we can give you a more definite answer.
Regards,
Nathan
Edited to add: I am glad that you found it! Please let us know should you run into any other problems.
