Is this a fake? The # does not match anything I have, but I did mail a package on the 28th. My server detected a virus on the download.

Unfortunaly we couldnt carry you the postal parcel sent on 28, October at the right time
as there is an incorrect recipients address.
To take your package back you should print the copy of invoice that is in the added file

Go to the UPS site and get an answer, maybe. Sure sounds like a scam; the wording is ignorant/foreign.

I clicked to download it and got a message from Yahoo/At&t that it contained a virus. I know the email sounded off, but I was nervous about the package. Thankfully, I did not open it and yes, I thought the UPS instead of USPS was strange also. Still, I can see where others might open the attatchment, because I almost did. Glad to see you back Stonecold.
