I need a phone no for vendio please. I have some issues that i need to sort by phone. Thanks for any help

Hello Frank,

If you have the callback service for technical support (and need technical support) just click the 'help' link in the upper right corner of the page and then click the telephone icon to schedule a callback with that department. Otherwise you can use that same help link to email the support department or send an email directly to [email protected].

For billing questions or issues you can email the billing department directly via that same help link or by sending an email to [email protected] as they are not setup to provide telephone support at this time.

I have been using since Auction watch -1999 not aware they have phone service.

you can click Help on the homepage and click
Phone

They get your phone number and call you NOT you call them
at least what the message implies.
I guess they have phone service since they can make calls

Chris you mean for me to call I have to pay?

Hmmmm no wonder I have never called.
I do not use those pay per calls services.


BTW ...Vendio does have great CS. I have emailed them two or three times in 10 years . They really (honestly) got back to me and went beyond what I expected to assist me.
Most of the time I just complain down at VS services board and they give the answer.
It has been a long time since I have had any thing to fuss about though.
They must be fixing everything before I am aware of the problem OR perhaps everything is running smoothly.

VD has great CS, I really could not ask for better

I ain't paying to talk with them though NO way NO day

Hello,

That is correct, the Personal Assistance service is a paid service for live support (as if were not live here in the message center (wink) )

Rather than pad the cost of our live help services to cover live support for everyone all the time, we just cover the cost of that service by charging those that actually want and use it - and even then you can just sign up and/or disable when you or are not using it.

It's a call back service so we can better manage hold times, since technical support is so different from call to call - you can't really say that one person in the hold queue ahead of you is going to be 1 minute or an hour. Rather than sitting on hold for the next available rep, you just get a call as soon as the next rep is available - an option I wish I had when calling the cable company!
