I checked my DSRs and see that the star chart shows I have:

Shipping Time: 5.0
S & H Charges: 4.9

When I look at the seller dashboard it reads:

Shipping Time: 4.96
S & H Charges: 4.97

Last I checked, 4.97 is closer to a 5 than 4.96. Talk about fuzzy math. Makes me wonder where else eBay's fuzzy math comes to play.
