I have it set to charge but for some reason if buyer pays before I invoice the sales tax gets dropped. Has anyone else had this problem. (Not listed with Vendio)

Does it charge for out-of-state buyers?

No I have it set up just for Florida and it's not charging that either. Guess I'll have to call.
