Instead of raising fees or tweaking the fee structure, or making so called improvements, eBay should simply focus on fixing the bugs in their system.
I tried to send an invoice this morning, and all it did was give me the Order Details page.
I try to respond to an question and the "send" button ghosts and cannot be clicked.
My DSR averages have been wrong for 2 months. I have a 4.97 shipping fees that equals a 4.9 on the average. A 4.97 should be a 5.0.
Unpaid item assistant doesn't work sometimes.
Ebay's next update should be an announcement that they are going to fix their bugs instead of upgrading. No more fee hikes until these problems are fixed once and for all.

The first two issues are intermittent. I can duplicate them on 2 different computers and my phone when it happens.
The other day I was signing into an account. I kept typing my password correctly and eBay's system wouldn't sign me in. Instead, it would take me to a page that had nothing to do with signing in or my account. I waited 10 minutes and had no problem signing in. I even left the sign in page open during that time.

I have had problems, also. Sometimes it will not let me put in a listing price and keeps telling me I can't list without a price, but I type and type and the cursor is there and, nothing happens. This has happened several times.

I've had little issues like this too but the more serious problem is ebay not charging sales taxes to my Florida customers.
It's happening on all 3 of my ID's. I have it set up correctly. So if you insist on sending out my invoices for me ebay - please get it right. This is costing me some real money.

I wish there was a way to opt out of eBay sending automatic invoices. I look for it to get worse with this 'shopping cart' thing. When they combine shipping they list the 'online postage' price, watch for that too. I always send an invoice but as a buyer wouldn't you pick the cheaper invoice to pay? Should be very interesting.
