I don't ship outside USA. In checking my listings, I noticed that I had a bid from a buyer in Japan, which got my attention.
I checked my preferences on eBay, and found that my preferences had changed, and that I ship to anywhere now.
Quickly changed them to block all bidders outside USA, and luckily my Japanese bidder had been outbid.
Might not hurt to see if your preferences have changed.

one third of my buyers are now from outside USA-Australia,Canada,Russia,Ukraine,France,Germany,Brazil,UK,and today Malta!
Ebay USA would be rather quiet without these buyers!

I recently had to change my shipping preferences to exclude Africa, and the Middle East. Thanks for the reminder - I just checked, and they had not reverted back - yet.

My point is I have no intention of checking my preference,it works the way I want it to work.
Why dont you want to ship outside US?
Japan is a good country with 'reliable postal service' when there is no earthquake !

I've seen my preferences changed without my knowledge on ebay before. I don't think it's good business but then again it's ebay so what can you do.
