It appears that when your item appears in the Google Product Search, a review of your selling activity at eBay, and other sites now appears along with the product listings.
For example - if you have an item in your eBay store, it will appear in the Google Product Search with eBay to the right, as the location, AND a "Review" of your selling activity beneath the item location.
Check out the "Review" carefully to be sure that the review belongs to your items, and that the review is correct.
I just discovered that the Google "Review" for my items at DelCampe belonged to another seller. I have contacted both DelCampe and Google to remove the incorrect information and to replace with correct info.

I almost forgot to mention that the reviews show five stars to the left of each review, and the buyers nickname for each feedback.
Take a look for any feedback and you can identify which buyers left you less than five stars in any of the five categories.
