Last nite I sold a print for 550 plus 13.95 shipping to Korea.
The print does not weigh much,but when I tried to print a shipping label on Ebay,I get a message saying I cannot use First class mail when the item is $400 or more?
Is this new?Is this from USPS,what business is USPS if I want to ship an item $400 or more uninsured to a foreign country?
I insured it with U-PIC,why should USPS care if the package is lost or stolen,it would only reimburse me peanuts?
