Hello, Can anyone tell me why I can't get Vendio to track my ebay item. I keep getting red message that says "cannot parse"... HELP

Vendio used to update eBay quantity, but it seems to lost that feature since the 80-character update. Without that feature, it's so hard to adjust and compare what quantity of certain item on eBay.
