I have had this odd issue with editing prices on eBay since I started using their bulk editing system.
I will choose numerous listings that I want to lower prices on. I will select "edit individually" and then proceed to lower the Buy It Now price and Make an Offer prices item by item.
When I am done editing all of the items I am taken back to the full list of items I am editing and will often see numerous warnings that state I have chosen "Make An Offer" settings, but haven't entered in values. This happens to only a few of the listings I updated. I know I have entered in the values, but their system didn't process them. I will go back to bulk edit and enter the values again for the Make An Offer. Again, I will get the warnings. Sometimes it accepts one or two of the items I fixed, sometimes not.
I have to write down the few items that bulk edit won't fix, and then go in and manually edit the values on each listing.
Anyone else have this problem? I have brought it to eBay's attention in the past, at least a year or two ago and they still haven't fixed it.
Additionally, I have also noticed that when I enter in tracking information onto my Paypal account, it often won't acknowledge that I have entered it and notify the buyer the item has been shipped. I used to enter tracking into eBay, but when I did so, it wouldn't update my Paypal account to reflect the item as shipped. Only Paypal updates eBay.
It is nice to know eBay wants to whip us to conform to their demands and expects us to follow... but they don't properly fix the tools we need to be effective.

When I ship in the via USPS within the USA, I use Paypal. When I ship International, I use USPS so that I can purchase insurance.
When I ship within the USA via Fed Ex, I use the Fed Ex site... and then copy and paste the tracking info directly into Paypal. After doing so and clicking "enter" I receive a message from paypal confirming I entered the info and they have sent an email to the buyer, but numerous times I have signed back into Paypal later in the day and there is no tracking info.

It sounds like the Paypal system does not save the tracking number if it is imported from elsewhere.
Can you save it on Ebay instead of Paypal?
