I have received two emails today that in all probability contain that virus we were warned about recently.

Both state that the sender needs my advice and have attachments to open. Needless to say I did not do so. But I thought I'd send a heads up out.

One is called "Summer letter" and the other is headed "Pot Luck List".

Yeah - I got an e-mail from a customer in Switzerland that I have not done any business with in over a year and it said - "I need your advice on this." and the file names were in German.

Those file names are actually the names of files that the person has on their computer. When you get infected with that particular virus, it corrupts the files that are in the My Documents folder, and then emails them to those in your Windows Address book.

My sister got it on her machine, and I got a corrupted copy of her resume. It is a nasty virus too, took my hubby 2 hours to get her system clean and fixed up.
