I'm back. Thanks for crossing your fingers for me - IT WORKED
The building has sooo much charm I fell in love with it! AND the 1600 sq ft he is charging me for is actual, usable floor space - I am not paying for the restrooms, the furnace room, etc.
I actually discussed all of your concerns with him - and his answers were just what I wanted to hear. He is even adding extra lighting to make the women feel safer
Best of all - I will have my own office - they just have to remove the sink and the urinals first! LOL! WOW! - can anyone recommend a really good disinfectant? I think I will just put up a cork wall after I disinfect - and a new carpet. Best thing is, I have my own potty
It is already carpeted - and it has a lot of charm. It will not be just another store with plain walls and racks. That will make it really nice.
The best thing is he is just as excited to have me as I am to be there. I think I have found where I belong ....
