Hi, I use Stamps.com and I can get DC. Before you print your label, go to Special Services and there is a place for DC or Ins. I just order the green DC forms from the USPS website. But to answer your original question, no I have never used Dazzle.

I use Endicia, which runs the Dazzle software--is that what you mean? If so, I love love love it!

DC is free on priority mail packages, and costs 12 cents for media or parcel post packages. The way I have mine set up, it automatically prints DC for every package. Most of my stuff is too heavy for first class, but once in a while I'll have a packet in that weight, and Dazzle is "smart" enough to know that you cannot use DC on first class. You don't have to change anything, ever, if you like to use DC all the time--and why not, when it's free or nearly so!

The cost is $9.95 per month--but I save way more than that in DC costs, not to mention the joy of not having to stand in post office lines anymore. (I use U-Pic insurance, so don't need green forms either)

How long have you been on Dazzle? How was the set up and support process. I'm having trouble with labels.

I've been using Endicia for about two months now. The support is great--but I have to admit that I like to figure out things for myself and didn't need to call on them for help with the labels. I just played around with all the settings until I got it working the way I wanted. I did, however, have a problem with something else, and they emailed back and forth plus CALLED me on the phone to get it worked out.

The program is configured with lots of pre-set label templates, but you can also create any label configuration you like. There is a really great thread over the Ebay Outlook that gives a lot of tips for setting up your labels. In my case, I had a large stock of labels left over from another project, and figured I would just lose the $$$ on those because I didn't think I'd ever be able to use them for anything else. Well, I was able to configure Dazzle to work just fine on these.

They give you a free month to try out the program. You have to buy the postage, but the service is free for a month. I downloaded the program and fooled around with it when I had a spare moment and in a couple of days had it working great. I used plain white paper to practice before starting on the labels.

I have no financial interest in Endicia--I'm just a very satisfied customer!
