I just saw on the news that came from the FBI website that they have evidence of more terrorists attacks against us in the next few days. Hope its not true and they were just wrong but in case they're not everyone please be very careful of where you go.

According to reporters at MSNBC, the FBI had found some reasons to be cautious and decided to alert local police departments. They also said they figured if the alert got leaked it would cause more questions and so they decided to made it a public announcement. Hopefully it will all be for naught, but better to be on the look out than suprised with no warning.

The President is going to have a press conference this evening, I think at 8:00 pm Eastern time.

CNN and MSNBC are both carrying the new FBI alert, saying there will more information coming soon.

As I was leaving this morning for work, Fox news was reporting that three Pakistani people were arrested inside a New York (I think they said city of Hudson) water treatment plant. They also reported that all three either had forged documents or were invalid documents. I know what I heard. However, I've heard nothing since, nothing on CNN webpage, nothing on FoxNews web page and nothing on MSNBC webpage. Will someone enlighten me?
Not my name on ebay.

The Taliban have openly stated that they will attack again.

Even if bin Laden is captured or killed, there will still be attacks against the U.S..

These terrorists are not just Taliban. They are from Jihads in Egypt, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, Lebanon, Libya, Sudan, Indonesia, Phillipines, Yeman, Oman, and OAE.

We are eradicating one rat's nest in Afghanistan, the are a dozen more ready to strike.

What about the missing tanker of rocket fuel (stolen from a hotel) and the missing shaped charges stolen from a demolition company? It was mentioned on tv but no links. One was in TX. Anything available on those stories?

Hi this is really scary to me. Everytime i turn on the tv there is something else going on. I have found myself staying at home a lot more since this has all happened because places with a lot of people scare me cause that's where they always attack.

There is no way they are going to get every terrorists out there so we will always be in danger of this happening.

We were watching a program on tv the other night that had several different families of the some of the victims and they had said they have received no help and no contact from any of the organizations that have collected money that we donated for them. They said they have filled out all of the paperwork and still nothing.

They had the president from united way on there and he was so full of s**t. It was awful to hear these poor people talking about how hard they were having it and that man is saying it takes time. Well it has been a month and they still have nothing and he said united way has 87 million sitting in the bank right now.It doesn't look like these people are going to get the help that we all have been working so hard to give them. It just broke my heart to them poor families.

IT can tak up to 190 or so before any of the donation collected will even get a chance to get to people.

the donaltions will help them but it will take lots of time there are many different groups around the country and the world takeing donation it take time to get the fund to the benifactors..

So do you think they will get it. The man from united way wouldn't directly answer any of the questions that was thrown at him.He kept trying to dodge around them.

WEll yeah Im sure the money will help in every area it was ment too.

I think there largest problem at this point is getting enough of the donations togeather at once to start giveing all help at the same time.

I mean ask your self this if it were you responceable for getting this money where it belongs and you only have bits of it so far do you wait to help all the same or do you start shareing and if you do who do you say must wait till later all have suffered the same problems..

Hi your right. It is just hard to wait when you see them and hear them. It is so sad and they are hurting so much. IT is hard to be patient .

jt - there were supposedly 750 pounds of dynamite and some other type of explosive that was stolen from a company not too far from where I live. I heard one blip on the local news last night and not a thing today.

I don't trust United Way at all. I will be watching to see if the funds ever get to the people in need, or disappear into "administrative" costs.

Thanks Karen. Keep us posted.
It was just a 20 second blip on tv too.

Hubby saw the one about the tanker. The driver stopped at a hotel to sleep and either left the truck unlocked, or the KEYS in the ignition. I guess he thought no one would drive away with a tanker truck full of rocket fuel?

Well did you all watch the president tonight? I thought he did a good job. I liked his answer to that one mans question about what would be considered suspicous activity and Bush said like when you see a guy getting in a crop duster and it doesn't belong to him call the police.

I am also glad he explained more about the FBI warnings. I guess i feel a little better now but you all know we will never be or feel the same ever again.

I don't think that the FBI should withhold information that may possibly save lives.

I totally agree with you on that and if they had a specific place that they know of they should tell us so we can all stay away from there.

Okay i can understand us not wanting to hurt any civilians over there but look at what they did to us. I know a lot of them are just innocent people over there but we all know that a few will probably be in the way.

If they were smart they would just turn him over.
