O.K.
You've found an old lamp and you're polishing it up.
You know the rest, out pops a genie etc.
It turns out the genie is a plastic surgeon and you can have one wish (times are tough, it's normally three} and you can change any physical feature about yourself you want.
Would you, and if you would, what would it be?

My smile. It looks like Tyne Dailey's. I like her smile..but on HER. Not on me.

Having been cursed with being born perfect,
I would make a few changes to perhaps lessen
my pefectness, so that I can relate to what
you common folks are talking about here.
on second thought...
Why would I change anything?
I love me, you love me, EVERYONE loves me.
I am truly a national treasure.
Why would I change anything?

OH NO you can't trick me.
Here I am PERFECT. Without a FLAW.
Just ask my husband:
"Jim, is she perfect?"
Yes she is.
Jim
Thank you dear.

I'd wish for small breasts. Make that tiny. Very tiny. 36D is too damn big.

Well, I don't know about making mine smaller because I've always liked mine. But I sure wish they were in the same place they were when I was in my 20's. Because either they're falling, or my waist has gotten higher.

My nose. It's a tad crooked. Maybe if it were medically necessary, my insurance would pay to "fix" it?

What happens if the genie makes the changes and you realize that you lost more than you gained? Look at this victim of a well meaning genie.

I could use a genie right now. I'd ask him to align my teeth and jaw without having to go through 2-3 years of braces/surgery.

hmmm... a plastic surgeon?
There is nothing I would change that would make me happier or impact my life. I'm pretty okay with what I've got.
I think I would asked the genie for a favor. (Since I was so kind to rescue him from that stuffy old bottle)
Maybe he would help out Rocker or others who *need* surgery to help them become who they already are.
What goes around comes around...

Well, losing weight is something I can do on my own, and I'm currently working on it. Without a change in eating habits, a sudden "gift" of weight loss would likely lead to just gaining it all back.
I wouldn't mind a nose job, though. For years growing up, I never realized just how large of a shnoz I have, because I only saw it direct on by looking at the mirror or at portrait photos. It wasn't until one day I saw a picture of myself in profile that I went "OH MY GOD THAT'S HUGE!!!" I don't worry about it on a daily basis, since I still usually only see myself direct on, and I can't see paying good money for the sake of a little vanity, but if it were free....
Of course, on the bright side, I have the most amazing sense of smell!
