Whoa. That was weird. Does anyone know this dcj person? (See the "Oh Rocker" thread.) He/she just did a drive-by post (at my WEDDING no less! Sheeeeesh!) I don't know WHO he/she is or HOW he/she knows me and my older sister and my songs, and I personally find this a little freaky. I didn't understand the post at all. Anyone know this person? Can anyone clue me in?

DCJ I APOLOGIZE!!! I am sincerely sorry, I didn't recognize your name and I must tell you that I have been "stalked" recently (in real life) and some weird things have happened. PLEASE forgive my paranoia, as you clearly did not deserve that.

Jan - apology ACCEPTED and exceedingly unnecessary...
I was intrusive, I'm sorry, and I did deserve it. I know how horrid it is to be stalked.
I only meant to tell you I saw your light and it shines, and I just did it badly. I'm not very facile lately, you were right to be wary. I thought I could hit and run, because I don't like being online, but my best friend, plsmith, is here on AW, so I've been reading here lately. And when I read, I kept seeing YOU, and you are engaging and different, and worth reading, IMO.
I think you rock! And hugs to your bride, and congrats on your wedding.
Additional hugs to my brenda/maui/hepburn, whose heart is in the right place, and who knows what it is to be misunderstood...and is exceptionally good at forgiving and accepting forgiveness. Give her a chance.

Diana, NO you were not intrusive, you said REALLY nice things, thank you, and if I had not been in a place of paranoia (from recent weird sh*t), I would have reacted much differently and would have shown more grattitude.
I agree with what you said when online isn't working and real life is. Yes I take that as a sign too. I have time here online now because many RL things have been postponed due to 9/11 things (speaking of paranoia).
THANK YOU again and SINCERE apologies.
And re: anyone trying to "patch" things up with me and another poster, here is something I heard in Al-Anon years ago: "It's none of my business if someone doesn't like me"
I believe that is true. It's not my business if they don't like me, it's not their business if I don't like them, and I have the right to pick and choose my own friends.
Nice to meet you Diana, and sorry it was under these circumstances. (Paranoia is running particularly HIGH these days!!!)
