Sorry, I am one of those hated AOL idiots, so I don't know how to do this url thing I need to do. Here is my question: I need to put a link to the feminist thread into an email. Usually I just click the AOL heart and drag it to the email, but the person I am sending to is not on AOL, she has a "real" internet service. HOW do I put that particular thread into her email? AND can she access it and read it without registering with AW? Or does she have to register? (I know you have to register to post, but do you have to register to see the thread?) Will it bring her right to that particular thread?
duh
Thanks in advance

Rocker,
She'll probably be able to get a link if you just copy and paste the url into the email. Even if it doesn't show up as a link in her email, she can then copy and paste the url into her browser's toolbar. I'm using Netscape, but I don't think IE is that different.

Just do what you normally do and she should get the URL. She'll either be able to click on it to get to the thread or she'll have to copy/paste to get to it.. depending on what email program she uses.
(She doesn't have to register to read the threads here.. only to post)
