If any of you work at 3M, you might have known my dad, Keith Sims. He was by far, the best person I've ever known, ever, and I will miss him until the end.

The good news is that 3M has decided to give out a yearly award in honour of my dad. It's called the Keith Sims Award of Excellency in Engineering, and is something my dad would be very embarrassed about!

I am so proud of you dad!!!!!
