Most probably know by now that Sarah Hughes
won the gold medal and Kwan earned the bronze.
Irena Slutsskyya of Russia earned the silver.
Kwan was first in the short program and finished 3rd in the long program while Hughes finished fourth in the short and first in the long.
Question: Does anyone remember the positions
of Lipinski and Kwan in the short program of 1998? I assume that Kwan finished second in the long program while Lipinski got first but
I dont't remember the short program.
Also, does anyone think Kwan will be back in the 2006 Olympics. She will only be 25 and should still physically be able to contend for a medal. After all, the Russian who won silver was 23.
